Job Title : SQL Database Tuner Location : Chantilly, VA Duration : 1+ Month Contract Rate : OPEN Minimum/General Experience: Five years of technical development/design experience working with Internet/Intranet development in concert with SQL Server Back-end environment. Individual has had experience working in a lead role and can work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum Education: Master degree in the sciences or business or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years industry experience or Industry equivalent experience. Primary Responsibility: Role would focus on SQL tuning a SQL Server 2005 databases. Individual would have the skills to analyze database tables, views, stored procedures, queries, etc, to recommend and implement SQL tuning strategies to increase database efficiency and performance.
