There are 2 key modules in SAP that support some of those functions: FS-CM (Claims Management) and FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements). In addition, there are some key technologies/tools in SAP to support the configuration and development in those modules: Business Rules Framework (BRF) and Business Data Toolkit. The client wants candidates who have experience in the Health Insurance (best case) or Property & Casualty Insurance (second choice) industry.
