Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
· 5-8 years hands-on experience in BTS 2006/2004 and certified
Microsoft BizTalk Professional.
· Clarity on EAI concepts & BizTalk Fundamentals
· Practical knowledge of schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines,
xml/xsl, web services
· Exposure to Correlation, Business Activity Services (BAS),
Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), Business Rules Engine (BRE)
· Experience with various adapters like FILE, FTP, SharePoint, MSMQ,
HTTP and SOAP.
· Message tracking and debugging skills using HAT
· Deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance skills
· Candidates should have 2+ years of “ACTUAL” working experience
with BIZTALK and minimum three years of experience in working on .NET
platform.
· Ability to learn and integrate new technologies.
· Excellent understanding of WSDL, XML Schemas, XSLT and XPATH.

*Qualifications/ Requirements*
MCA/Engineering graduate from recognized institutes/university or
Desired/Preferred Skills:
· Experience in Architecting /EAI solutions and integration
solutions using BIZTalk.
· Architecture & Design SOA solutions as per client requirements.
Formulate SOA Strategies, Architecture and helping customers in SOA
adoption, implementation and operations.
· Responsibilities include Client Management, Due Diligence
activities, Requirements Gathering, Architecting as per SOA architecture,
Estimation, Planning, Design, Analysis, Coding, Testing and Support.
General:
· Excellent communication & customer interaction skills
· demonstrate proven technical leadership and people management
skill
· Mentor, develop, and train consultants and developers.
· Ability to work independently with little review from senior
management.
