This includes processing console alerts, remediation and client troubleshooting. Monitoring and processing threat alerts (Symantec Deep Site). Monitoring Security Operations Center (SOC) console and responding to security incidents related to Virus and Malware threats. Must have solid Symantec AV, Windows client and server experience. Behavior Characteristics: Ability to communicate problems and threats with technical teams. Provide assessment, remediation plan and follow-ups for technology listed above.
