Exposure to / familiarity with: Web standards (W3C and s508) / best practices for interaction design . Solid understanding of major data container formats in such areas as graphics (JPEG, TIF, GIF, PNG, etc), rich media (Flash SWF, SVG, Viewpoint MTS, etc), e-business and publishing (RSS, a wide range of EDI, etc), desktop office data (Adobe PDF, Open Office, Microsoft Office 2003) and hundreds of others are being published as open APIs. Many are based on XML. Skills Essential: RIA Tool, Photoshop, Illustrator, in-design, Flash, Flex/AIR, HTML, DHTML, XML, XHTML, CSS, Java Script and Dreamweaver * Rich Internet Application (RIA) development using Adobe Flex , Flex SDK, and Action script * Adobe Flex Builder 3.0 * Unit testing using Flex Unit * Scrum, Extreme Programming, and/or other Agile processes is a plus * Must have knowledge in object-oriented principles * Strong understanding of XML * Java/J2EE development and/or Vignette Portal or JSR-168 portlet experience is a plus Please send resumes and best rates Looking ahead to work with you for better Business prospects.
