Location: TX Duration: 1+ Yr Key Responsibilities: *Leads cross-functional business and IT teams in a process modernization effort. Develops detailed work plans and schedules and is accountable for monitoring and reporting on project metrics, issues, risks and overall progress. *Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles *Responsible for pre-installation, post-installation configuration, and various operational and maintenance tasks. Establishes procedures to manage various Lombardi Teamworks configuration options such as user authentication and authorization, and user interface customizations. *Leads, delegates, and trains design and implementation resources to configure the BPM tool for desired feature and functionality. *Identifies, communicates, and reports significant deviations in project quality, cost, or schedule. *Relies on industry references and deep experience base to overcome barriers. Drives to success. *Collaborates with project stakeholders and peers to resolve design and implementation issues as they evolve to better support a successful production release. *Demonstrates strong team work to foster effective team dynamics and cohesive working environment; which include mentoring less experienced colleagues Required Skills/Experience: *Must have practical experience working with Lombardi Teamworks *Demonstrated ability to drive culture change at all organizational levels associated with process reengineering efforts.
