· Fault & Incident Mgmt supporting Avaya Voice Devices
· *****7x24 Operations Center ****
12 HOUR SHIFT 10AM - 10PM EST -- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY,
SUNDAY AND EVERY OTHER MONDAY.
· Responsible for the management of equipment and service vendors
for break/fix and assists Operations Management in updating procedures

*Skills*
1) Avaya PBX (e.g. S8xxx - Avaya IPTEL Platform) Intermediate Required
2) Avaya CMS (e.g. up to release 14) Intermediate Required
3) Avaya Voice Mail -e.g. Intuity & Modular Messaging Intermediate Required
4) Network Management Intermediate Required
5) Operations Management Intermediate Required
6) Voice Premise Intermediate Required
