Below are the details of the assignment: Location: Albany, NY Duration: 4-6 weeks (could roll into the implementation if a “GO” decision is made) Experience Level: Senior consultant (i.e. 8+ years experience on Oracle EBS) Apps Version: 11.5.10.2 Database: Oracle 10g2
Services to be Performed: The Functional Oracle iSupplier senior consultant will assist the client with their Oracle iSupplier GAP/FIT/Proof of Concept project. This includes: • Define RF functional requirements for Supplier Self Service Complete initial registration and setup for up to 5 suppliers in a development environment. o Development instance to be provided and maintained by the client. • Complete GAP/FIT analysis for Oracle’s iSupplier module based on defined requirements • Determine business process changes required for utilize iSupplier out of the box • Define high-level requirements and identify potential issues for iSupplier solution integration with Procurement Optimization Design Project (State Financial System) • Establish criteria and scorecard to determine Go/No Go solution decision • Provide implementation plan for Go decision Deliverables: • BR.030 (Oracle AIM Methodology Document) Map Business requirements with gap/fit analysis • BR.100 (Oracle AIM Methodology Document) Setup document for iSupplier development instance. o Configured development instance. • Criteria/decision matrix • Implementation plan • Summary document for high-level issues and recommendations related to the integration with the Procurement Optimization Design Project (State Financial System) High-Level Timeline of Activities Week 1: o Project Kickoff o Review and document Business Requirements. Week 2: o Continue documenting Business Requirements o Analyze Process changes (BPR) for iSupplier integration for incorporation in the Fit / Gap document o Start preparing Fit / Gap Document DRAFT Week 3: o Finalize and present Fit / Gap Analysis DRAFT o Prepare Configuration Document (BR100) and Supplier configuration details. Week 4: o Configure the Oracle system in the Development instance o Start internally system tests for iSupplier. Week 5: o Complete internal system tests for iSupplier o Signoff iSupplier solution o Prepare for deployment of solution. The client wants to start ASAP and want to interview someone this week.
