*Job Description *
The sole leading analyst/developer for:
- Providing the crucial profiling information on the Enterprise Churn
dashboard which will provide Client executives as a crucial business leading
indicator for the strategic, sales, marketing, pricing, and customer service
purposes.
- Supporting the IP Migration analysis by providing the critical
analytical data in Frame, ATM, VPN, MIS, Hosting, Voice, and all other
products.
- The work is critical to CMO, CFO, and other business partners.
- The project provides the insightful information to determine if the
Packet customers disconnect/loss to competitors or migration to our IP
products as the result of technology migration.
- This information enables the firm to retain the customers, prevent them
losing to competitors, and identify the additional network pull-through
opportunity.
- Essentially the candidate will need business, systems and as well as
technical skills to accomplish the analysis, maintenance, and development.
- Solaris/Linux/Unix, Oracle, PL/SQL, Shell programming language, C, C++,
AWK, PERL, BTEQ Query Manager, Windows NT, TCP/IP, quantitative analysis,
analyze and management of huge data and storage, knowledge and experience in
supporting and interfacing with web design and development are essential.
