*Our client is looking for: Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition Manager *
*Location: Mclean, VA **(In Person Interview May Required)*
*Duration: 3 Months*
*Job Description *
* HR PS eRecruit Issues
* Fix several production issues with PeopleSoft eRecruit application.
*Responsibilities:*
- Business requirements gathering, process analysis and design, gap
analysis, technical system design and specifications, system configuration,
system development, development of unit tests, procedures and documentation
*Skills:*
* 5 + years ERP system implementation experience
* 5 + years PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS experience
* Experience in all phases of implementation lifecycle
* Knowledge of software implementation methodology
* Experience with PS Talent Acquisition Manager
Candidate Gateway along with two of the following modules: Core PeopleSoft
HR, PeopleSoft Time & Labor or NA Payroll
* Experience with v8.9 and above
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills**
