maintain

* Likely to be able to train staff within the organisation to Coach –

* Prestige and status of ‘bringing in an expert practitioner’
* The Coach would be experienced with a proven ability in Coaching
* The Coach may be better placed to come with an objective approach,
as an outsider looking in
