Shared Testing Services is responsible for providing testing services
including test planning, test cases development, test execution and test
environment management. It serves a pivotal role in the delivery of high
quality software to our clients. The testing is primarily delivered through
a managed capacity vendor model combining on and off shore staff.
[1]MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: [1]
Work with the global head of Shared Testing services for Operations,
Product Control and Risk IT to design and implement the organizational model
for the group
Partner with Operations, Product Control and Risk IT managers to
define, plan and deliver high quality testing services
Select and interface with offshore vendors to deliver the testing
services for multiple application teams
Manage multiple vendor testing teams (onshore/offshore delivery
model)
Ensure delivery of high quality testing services
Prepare and present status reporting for client and IT senior
