Title : Technical Lead Data Architect
Location : Oakland, CA.
Duration : Project duration is expected to be 6 to 8 weeks with potential for extension.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for physical database designResponsible with all coordination with other technical & functional team leadsResponsible for physical DB performance tuningLogical ModelingLogical to Physical Model RationalizationSupporting Business Requirements analysisRationalizing multiple data quality rules to single logical medicalIdentifying use of abstract principles and determining overall modeling to be used.Responsible for developing security requirementsResponsible for Defining User Interface Standards
Required Skills:
1. Position is for a technical lead data architect. Should have minimum 7 to 10 years experience as in this role.
2. Responsibility is to gather reporting and analytics requirements for a billing data mart, document the requirements and develop the database design using the Kimball approach. Data source will be a medical billing system.
3. Technology platform is MS SQL Server, SSIS and BO. Data Architect is required to be proficient in MS SQL Server and SSIS. Additional BO resource will be added later to the project.
4. Candidate must have strong communication skills.
