Build out current process and structure for the configuration Management with specific emphasis on the Audit and Verify process and procedures a. Policy, Process Guide b. Procedures for Audit and Verification process c. Roles/Responsibilities d. Standard templates e. Recommended metrics and audit process and measurement & reporting plan f. Training/deployment materials. 2. Assist in the CMDB strategy for Cargill that supports Business Service Management for SAP implementation 3. Identify depth and recommended granularity of Configuration Items to be used for SAP applications and modules and key third party application partners – strategic solution with tactical plans for successful implementation *Release Management * 1. Build out Release Management and Depolyment process with particular emphasis on transition to production sub process. 2. For the Release Management & Deployment Process a. Policy, Process Guide, b. Roles/Responsibilities c. Standard templates d. Recommended metrics and audit process and measurement & reporting plan e. Training/deployment materials Construct project plans for processes to be implemented, users to be trained, artifacts to be identified, integrated, and documented *Project Name: DCN Release and Configuration Management* *Qualifications of Personnel Required (General and Technical Skills):* * * • Individual will be certified in ITIL v3 • Vendor will have library of v3 process templates, policy drafts, suggested KPI/metrics to present for expediting the process design work • Process development and implementation experience • Practicality with ITSM process integration points across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, and Capacity Management • Experience in applications development methodologies and integration with ITIL processes • Experience in application support and the operation of a CMDB with business applications • Experience managing applications • Experience in SAP in addition to Application/Infrastructure is desireable • Knowledgeable about business service management (BSM) Thanks, Kumar Resource Manager Spartan Solutions,Inc.
