Support includes providing remote 24 x 7 x 365 on call support for SEV 1 & 2
problem resolution plus weekend and evening project work and IMAC support.
AVAYA VOICE SYSTEMS including PBX (S8XX) and TDM systems, Modular Messaging,
CMS, AES VOIP. Call Center - Vectors, Announcements. Support includes IMAC,
Breakfix-Voice Switches, stations, Modular Messaging, mailboxes, Circuits,
Security Audits, Firmware upgrades and System Backups.

40 hours, M-F 8 hrs per day
