requirement for a Sr. Payroll Business Analyst.

Duration: 11 months+

Location: St. Louis, MO

Skills:

·       Performs Functional and Business Analysis for the Payroll Module
·       Work with the client to evaluate the various payroll processes and 
consult on the optimal solutions to be implemented.
·       Recognize business processes that can be improved through 
technology and or business practices as they relate to payroll and 
recommend/build solutions
·       Create business requirement documents to ensure technical 
specifications can be developed
·       Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other 
relevant information
·       Monitor trends and new developments in Payroll and make 
recommendations for new technology enhancements
·       Provide set-up, configuration and maintenance of tables within the 
PeopleSoft system
·       Essential Skills:
·       Over all 6-8 years of experience including 4 years of hands on 
payroll experience
·       Should have worked on PeopleSoft 8.9 or above as a payroll 
functional business analyst
·       Knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll & benefits processes, 
configuration, tables, data etc
·       Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and 
business requirements
·       Must be detail oriented and quality driven and possess excellent 
communication and customer service skills.
·       Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
·       Ability to analyze and interpret Payroll, HR, and Benefits related 
data
