Skills:
· Over all 6-8 years of experience including 4 years of hands on
compensation experience
· Should have worked on PeopleSoft 8.9 or above as a compensation
functional business analyst
· Knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll & compensation processes,
configuration, tables, data etc
· Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and
business requirements
· Must be detail oriented and quality driven and possess excellent
communication and customer service skills.
· Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
· Ability to analyze and interpret Payroll, HR, Compensation and
Benefits related data
