Experience utilizing software development methodologies and templates (e.g.: requirements, use cases, Design Documents) Experience in managing business change, conducting and developing end user training, establishing adoption metrics, developing rollout plans. Lead the planning, prioritization, and implementation of project segments including the assignment and tracking of tasks. Provide leadership of analytic and problem solving skills by synthesizing data, recommending solutions. And/ or guiding the implementation of solutions. Review solutions recommendations of others, conduct post- implementation analysis, provide solution (s). *Teamcenter experience is nice to have*. *Functional engineering experience or BA experience in an Automotive or heavy industrial environment is preferred.* *Strategy development experience is nice to have, business strategy to development/ documentation of IT strategy*.
