We are looking for a Business Analyst - P&C - CL on behalf of our client, a
leader in the property and casualty insurance industry. This position is
based in Metro West Massachusetts.
They will be responsible for managing the collection, development,
analysis, documentation and communication of the company's Personal and
Commercial Lines insurance needs and requirements. The ideal candidate will
successfully perform this function by having a working understanding of
information systems, business operations, and processes to effectively
analyze customer requirements, develop functional specifications, business
process workflows, detailed specs, and test plans.
Responsibilities
* Lead technical and business processes across Personal or
Commercial
Lines of business.
* Understand the relationship between business need, functional
requirements, data and integrated technology solutions.
* Applies project management and technical best practices in all
technology solutions.
* May provide technical coaching and mentoring to less experience
team members.
* Innovative in solving problems and identifying, proposing and
executing solutions.
What are the must haves of this position?
. Must have property and casualty experience
. Must have Commercial Line Experience ( if they don't please don't

. Strong partnership building, negotiating and troubleshooting
skills required.
. Proven ability to interface successfully with multiple customers
