Rate: $22/hr Job Description Our client is looking for a Sharp Junior *Java Developer*. *Please send resumes to [email protected] * Key Responsibilities *Design and develop new functionality for the QualityHealth.com website in a team environment. *Follow modern software development best practices including test-driven development (TDD), peer code reviews, continuous integration, code release retrospectives, daily stand-up meetings. *Support the daily operations surrounding the QualityHealth.com website including releases and monitoring. *Handle ad-hoc technology requests and day-to-day site issues. *Become familiar with all MTS business practices and specifically the role that technology plays in enabling those practices. Job Requirements *Proficient in Java programming with at least 2 years of experience. *Experience developing and maintaining high transaction, multi-tier online websites. *Proficient with at least one J2EE application server (preferably JBoss) and all major related constructs/technologies such as: JSP, Servlets (Struts), EJB, Transaction Management, Database Pooling, etc. *Highly knowledgeable of Oracle with proficient SQL skills and emphasis on performance related query tuning. *Proficient with cross-browser XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript. *Excellent communication skills and ability to translate a high level business requirement into a technical implementation. *Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an environment with direct input on running the business. *Degree in a Computer Science-related field or relevant work experience. *Thanks & Regards,* *Anil* Work: 703-880-2640 Extn: 4009* *[email protected]* *
