Please forward suitable profiles to [email protected] *Local or with in driving distance to St. Louis, Monsanto* Position : SAP BI/BW Consultant Location : St. Louis, Monsanto Duration: Long term 1+ years We are seeking an experienced resource with the following skill sets… · 4-6 yrs experience with SAP BI. Primary requirement is hands on and complete implementation of customer facing modules of SAP BI, CRM, SD. Other module implementation of SAP functions PP/PI,QM,IS,IM,HR etc will be an add. Should have played the role of a configurator, programmer and administrator. · Understanding of BI Administrator Workbench, configuration of info providers, time-dependent and time-independent master data/hierarchies, SAP/BI data modeling, data staging and data extraction expertise, and implementation of enhancements/user exits in R/3 and BI is a requirement. · Should be able to conduct Business and IT engagement workshops by either setting up quick proto types and/or reviewing process flows. Should be able to review and recommend a foundation for building CRM analytics in BI. · Experience with Open Hub and other SAP business intelligence solutions and basic knowledge of ABAP/4 is also a plus. · Excellent communication skills are essential. Demonstrated skills in creative thinking, teamwork, problem solving, decision making, time management, and verbal and written communication are required. Understanding of the CRM analytics, at least the base analytics and not the predictive analytics will be critical, this is to support our CRM CIC initiative. We have clearly expressed our desire that we need someone with experience to guide and cannot rely on someone with just the background, as we will need this resource to guide the IT and Business stakeholders.
