Design§ & document processes and procedures for application deployment. Follow existing§ processes and procedures for application deployment. Work with§ various teams to determine software requirements. Provide metrics§ and project planning updates for the development effort. Provide§ technical expertise and lead junior developers as required. Be on a 24x7§ rotation schedule to provide tier-3 application support. ** ** *Must-Have Skills: * Six or more§ years experience developing and maintaining Ab Initio code. Ab Initio Development experience of at least 3 years must be within the most recent three year period. Expertise in§ Application Development with knowledge of full software development life cycle. Understanding§ of Ab Initio deployment architectures and ETL Understanding§ of change management and automation/repeatability. Skills should§ include working with tools such as Ant, Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest. Demonstrated§ experience in working through production environment deployments. Strong§ knowledge and use of development, methodologies, standards and procedures. Excellent§ written and verbal communications skills. Excellent§ teaming and leadership skills.
