Must Be A EAD OR GREEN CARD Job Title: Jr Business Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: Up to 18 months Rate: $ 35/Hour C2C End Client: Wells Fargo Job Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 5-7 years experience. Description: Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff. Required Skills: Five to seven years of solid, diverse work experience in Technology. Bachelor degree. 5+ years of experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and project requirements. 5 + years of experience with analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. 5+ years experience with use cases and creating functional specifications. 1-2 years of experience with J2EE systems. A good understanding of J2EE systems and the ability to manage and supervise data transfer between multiple systems is required. Should be able to identify what type of validations / data checks shall be required at both the front end and at server level. Familiarity with intranet and web applications. Familiarity with data flow diagrams and general understanding of J2EE architecture.
