Candidate must have lead experience-Spring and MVC and Servlets is a
must
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2) 8+ years of Java Development Experience
3) 3+ years of heavy Spring-based development - Core, MVC and Web Flow
frameworks
4) Database design experience for multiple major projects
5) Application design for multiple major projects
6) 2+ years of Web Service (server and client side) development
experience
7) Extensive experience troubleshooting distributed applications
8) 3+ years leading teams of three or more
9) Advanced level of Knowledge of design patterns, OO designs principles
10) Advanced level of knowledge of J2EE technologies, especially the
Servlet API and WS API.
11) Deep understanding of Tomcat
12) Good knowledge of rich web technologies such as AJAX and REST
Education:
We are looking for Development Leads, not Senior Developers.
Unfortunately, that option does not exist in IQN 2) Under no
