Description:

- The SCEIS Project has been established to implement SAP for the Client's 
"back office" business processes related to finance, budgeting, grants 
management, materials management, human resources and payroll.  

- The SAP Change Management Consultant will work under the direction of the 
SCEIS Enterprise Change Management Team Lead.

- The SAP Change Management Consultant will provide state government technology 
assisted course delivery. Collaborate with SCEIS Enterprise Change Management 
team to design and create eLearning instructional content, educate SCEIS 
project teams on new and existing teaching techniques and technologies, and 
support SCEIS project teams in technology assisted course delivery. 

- Expert knowledge and understanding of HTTP, FTP, HTML, XHTML, XML, XSL, 
JavaScript, RWD InfoPak / uPerform preferred. 

- Experience with LMS systems, specifically GeoLearning a plus. Experience 
creating SCORM packages will enhance a candidate's application. 

- The ability to quickly become a power-user of GeoLearning required.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teammates on the development of concepts, storyboards, and 
ideas for presentation to SCEIS end-user audiences.

- Create and utilize established development approaches and methodologies for 
content creation (i.e. ADDIE, rapid prototyping, etc.).

- Design and develop eLearning content.

- Support the SCEIS project team in the execution of class sessions in various 
delivery modes.

- Develop and provide SCEIS end-users hands-on training and documentation.

- Provide curriculum innovation updates to SCEIS project leadership, and assume 
additional content development, maintenance, and hosting responsibilities as 
required.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

- Strong working knowledge of state finance policies, programs and procedures.

- Certified public accountant is desired. 

- Excellent oral and written communications skills. 

- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.  

- Ability to manage work, delegate, and provide guidance to other sceis 
employees.  

- Ability to deliver presentations and prepare reports.  

- Materials Management background knowledge and technical skills a plus.
