Participate in 24/7 Pager Support Rotation Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems Propose enhancements, monitors, reports, etc. to improve Technical Operations. Ability to conduct SQL queries to create ad hoc reports to resolve technical issues or to create management reports. Develop strong relationship with business and development teams in an effort to remedy technical issues in a timely manner.
