They will act on behalf of the Business Partner for defining the benefits,

The business change manager will work within a Program and may cover
multiple projects.*
*Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:*
*Ensuring that the interests of the sponsoring business partner are met by
the project or program.*
*Ensures that the scope of each project covers the aspects required to
deliver the products or services that will lead to the operational benefits.

*Ensuring that maximum improvements are made in the existing and new
business operations*
*Preparing the affected business areas for transition to new ways of working
*
*Manage and communicate clear vision of program or projects objectives and
motivate cross functional project team to achieve them*
*Prepares, implements, monitors and updates the project plan*

*Technical Knowledge:*
*7-10 years of working in Business Change Management ideally with
experience with business process re-engineering.*
*Experience in *
*Project experience including manage, document, report and support planning,
execution, monitor and control and closure of projects.*
*3 - 5 Years leading large business and technology integration projects*
*Demonstrates a broad-based view of issues, events and activities and a
perception of their longer-term impact or wider implications*
*Communication and presentation skills to various levels of management
including C-Level*
*Financial Services preferred.*
*Experience in off-shoring preferred*
*People Management:*
Provide technical support and coaching to team members
Strong command of English Language
