Position Title: Java Front End Developer
Work Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Duration: 6+ months
It is a front End Developer position in Boca Raton, Florida. It is a six
month plus contract with the possibility of going perm.
Face to face required

Job Description for our Consultant (Includes Daily responsibilities and
expectations):
* Consultant will be responsible for developing front end tier of
enterprise based web applications from scratch.
* The applications will be SOA based architecture and eCommerce
related sites. Must have some experience developing in this type of
technical environment.
* Applications will be public facing sites that are heavy data
driven applications and will utilize web services based technologies.
* Construct markup and code using technical standards as set forth
by the Web development team.
* Participate in design, standards and code reviews
* Work on a variety of projects in an agile and adaptive team
environment
* Design all applications and interfaces with globalization and
multiple language localization in mind
* Develops and maintains website including building new sections
Required Skills (needed to successfully complete responsibilities):
* Must have 3-5 years of J2EE Development background.
* Must have nTier web related application development background,
with a heavy focus on Front end based development.
* Must have specific experience working in an SOA related
environment.
* Must have a solid background in JSF (Java Server Faces)
* Any experience with Seam or Facelets is also needed, but
looking for either JSF or Seam/Facelets background.
* Solid background with front end development tools such as JSP,
Java Script, AJAX, HTML, CSS, HTML Table Design, XForms, XQuery, and
XML.
* Must have some experience working in an EJB based environment,
just experience consuming EJB's is needed. Any hands on development of
EJB's is a plus.
Pluses would be working in the following environments.
* Have worked in an Apache based environment.
* Have worked with JBoss as the application server.
* Must also have worked in a Hibernate based environment.
* Must also have worked in a struts based environment.
