We have a requirement for J2EE Developer - Trade Order Management,

Requirement Details:
Location : NYC, NY
Duration : 6 Months
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
The candidate will be responsible for technical analysis, development
and implementation of application software and components as well as
participating in QA and code reviews, and handling second level
production support. The candidate may work on both strategic and
Business As Usual application enhancements and defects for the projects
in the areas of trade capture, exception and workflow management and
re-engineering of existing application flows.
* The candidate should have strong knowledge of J2EE, Struts,
Hibernate, Spring Frameworks, Sybase/Oracle, and AJAX.
* The candidate should have strong knowledge of SWIFT and FIX
messaging and trade order management, and have prior experience with
large message based systems using XML and JMS, MQ or Tibco.
Candidate should be an expert in the following areas
* Multi - threaded applications in java
* Usage of SQL and stored procedures in Sybase
Essential
You should have 6+ years of related experience in the following areas:
* Experience with FIX, SWIFT, Trade Order Management systems
* Knowledge of Back Office settlement processing and DTCC trade
affirmation.
Essential
* Expertise with Java (J2EE), JavaScript & Servlets, XML, Sybase/Oracle,
Messaging (MQ, JMS, Tibco)
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science
Desirable:
* Experience with trade entry development projects.
* Experience in Prime Brokerage.
