Job Description:
Position Profile
The Technical Operations Specialist (TOS) is a regional support resource for offices using or selling Scan-To File (S2F). The RTOS will complete simple Post Processing of S2F projects that require quick turnaround and do not require being sent to the Nation Operations Center.
This includes Custom Load Files, special format CD's and data manipulation.
They will be a resource for Production Managers on technical matters concerning S2F.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Work with LDS sales and operations to complete quick project turnaround requests for post processing of S2F projects including but not limited to:
* Conversion of data to major Lit support software per client request
* Data Manipulation to include bates capture, file renaming and Load file conversion from one Lit support program to another.
* Non - IKON CD import conversions
* Custom load fil

* Train LDS location in S2F procedures
* Work with LDS locations and S2F programmers to determine and implement new upgrades to S2F to meet client requests/changes
* Partner with Sales Rep's to sell S2F services, post processing, EDD and determine client needs
* Work with LDS locations to update S2F best practices.
Determine what S2F best practices are being done in LDS locations, document and roll out to field.
* Assist the Operations Team in determining how to scan a particular production in order to produce the best quality product for the client.
Qualifications(Education, Experience and Certifications)
* COMPLETION OF A FOUR-YEAR DEGREE OR RELATED FIELD OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
* STRONG VERBAL AND WRITEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
* SELF MOTIVATION
* ABLE TO WORK INDAPENTITLY WITH LITTLE DIRECT SUPERVISION
* PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
* OUTSTANDING CUS
