Job Description: Our customer is seeking a Juniper Network Engineer for a 1-2
month project located in Miami FL. The Juniper Networks Professional Services
Consultant(s) will work closely with the technical and project team to ensure
success of this effort to design and implement a complete Juniper based
solution. There are many components to the Juniper solution including:
· NS5400 series firewall
· NetScreen Security Manager (NSM)
The Customer is segmenting some servers and applications needing to be
separated and secured in their data center. The Customer has experience with
Juniper Screen OS firewalls and is looking for Juniper to provide best practice
guidance on the first pair of NS5400's to be implemented and the Customer will
then configure and implement the second pair. The Customer is also looking for
best practice guidance and documentation on the best way to manage the creation
of Security Policy via NSM. The primary required tasks for this project are:
· High Level Design Review
· Data Center Application Security Low Level Design
· NSM Appliance Implementation
· Firewall Security Policy Creation Process
Requirements:
Must be willing to take a drug and background check upon an offer
being made.
4+ years experience working in the IT Field
4+ years experience working with Juniper Technologies
Juniper Certifications are a HEAVY PLUS
Must have experience with administration and design of Juniper
networks based on the above job requirements
Must have an excellent customer service leadership skills.
