Work Location: Harrisburg, PA
Duration: 1 + year
Rate: $45/hr
This is a Sure Shot position
Technical Environment: Visual Basic 6.0, Visual Studio, Microsoft COM+,
Oracle Database, MS-Biztalk
Responsibilities: IMPORTANT: Please include Delivery Chain or candidate
will be rejected.

REQUIRED:
* Understanding the relevant application development,
infrastructure and operations implications of the designed/developed
solution
* Conduct design and code reviews on engagements.
* Architect solutions that meet non functional requirements
like performance, security, scalability, availability. Ability to make
design trade off decisions
* Strong fundamentals on development methodologies and
processes with a specific focus on using tools to ensure deliverable
quality.
* Ability to interface with test and project management.
Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
* Build knowledge base and gather best practices on
technology, products, business processes, and the industry
* Prepare documentation as required
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 7+ year's large-scale system development experience
on Microsoft Technologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* 3+ years of implementation of object-oriented design
patterns and patterns of enterprise application architecture.
* 3+ years expertise on Microsoft .net Tools and languages
(VB.Net)
* 2+ years implementation experience with WCF
* 2+ years experience with the Enterprise Library 2.0 or later
versions
* 5+ years experience developing ASP.NET applications
* 2+ years expertise in developing applications using services
* 2+ years experience with batch application and interface
design and development
* 4+ years understanding and experience with the Oracle
database platform (version 9 and above)
* 2+ years experience with performance testing web
applications, including code and memory profiling.
* 2+ years experience supporting applications in production.
* Experience leading team of 5 or more developers
* Ability to understand Business requirements and guiding open
systems database design.
* Experience preferred but not required:
* Version control using Microsoft Team Foundation Server
* Designing using Enterprise Architect
* Strong fundamental knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Server
2006 R2
* Design and development using Corticon Rules Engine
