They should have experience managing a team of 15 developers/QA testers. This is a 6 month project for a large Investment Bank where they are migrating a Market Risk application from Sybase Sql to DB2/UDB Sql. They have tight deliverables and need someone who can manage the project and bring it through to completion on time.
