Job Description: It is opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst to work with several business units within Finance to define business processes. In this role, he or she will schedule and facilitate business requirements meetings, document meeting minutes, follow-up on action items and work with Solution Lead and PM to communicate information and coordinate activities. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in business consulting and analysis involving analysis, problem solving, planning, coordinating and organizing. The position requires he or she have strong skills in the following areas: • analytical • leadership • organizational • verbal and written communication • diligent and detailed in scribing minutes. Under moderate supervision, this person is capable of formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, he or she will develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Work includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary. Additionally, this person may guides and advises less experienced staff.
