Job Title: Build & Release consultant Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: 6 months Project is specifically for Build & Release of our software kits and managing that process so we know what we have built Experience with Clear case/Clearquest is most helpful - but if they have other experience in Configuration Management (CM) tools and CM processes we can handle that- it would just be 'nice' to have someone on our staff that knows them rather than having to teach them that and our processes. Oracle nice to have not a requirement for this position. Perl Scripting Linux knowledge is also a must, VAX would be helpful since we still have some vax work we do as well. I need someone with good communication skills as this team does interface with the development teams and other support teams on a regular basis so it's very important that each of the team members is able to effectively interact with them. This person also needs to understand the importance of deadlines, how to juggle priorities and make the most of their time. This person also must be willing to be on-call - as we do have teams that work over the weekends and 'after hours' and we must be available to support them.
