Position: *PeopleSoft HR Sr. Consultant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 months

The PeopleSoft Senior Consultant will have Min. 5 yrs. PeopleSoft
HR hands-on v8.9+ implementation & support experience with deep functional
and technical understanding of the backbone structure of PeopleSoft. The
candidate will be well versed in configuration of HR and Benefit modules.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a excellent consulting and
management skills and interact well with client counterparts. The candidate
must be familiar with Core HR as well as the following modules of
PeopleSoft: *eRecruit, Staffing, ePerformance, Tuition Assistance, Manager
Self-Service, Benefits Administration (and Open Enrollment process in
particular).*

The successful candidate will perform primary responsibilities personally or
through matrix supervisors, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and
other project client personnel. He/she must demonstrate a successful track
record supervising internal and external teams.

 *Daily Responsibilities:*

   - Thorough involvement in requirement gathering, fit-gap exercises of the
   Benefits Administration, MSS, eRecruit, Staffing, ePerformance and Tuition
   Assistance modules of PeopleSoft
   - Provide excellent functional and detail designs for the above PS HCM
   modules.
   - Provide strategic input into the client HR roadmap.
   - Be able to communicate between the business and the development teams.
   - Provide advice for the creation of test cases and scenarios for
   subsequent testing efforts.
   - Have an understanding of the Oracle Product Offering for
   Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
   - Possess a thorough understanding of PeopleSoft HR solution architecture

   - Provide quality assurance practices
   - Understanding of latest Oracle technologies

 *Qualifications:*

   - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
   - 5+ years functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM
   - 4 Full Lifecycle PeopleSoft HCM Implementation Experience
   - 5+ years of experience with Benefits Administration, Manager
   Self-Service, Tuition Assistance, ePerformance, Staffing and eRecruit
   modules
   - Strong skills in  project planning, execution strategy, issue
   escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship
   management.
   - Demonstrates the ability to status multi-phased, large team,
   decentralized team activities
   - Demonstrates high-level of written and oral communication in the
   English language

 *Preferred:*

   - Demonstrates excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills
   - Demonstrates poise, confidence and professional maturity to interface
   with senior-level executives in a clear and concise manner
   - Exhibits the ability and tenacity to resolve open issues
   - Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access,
   Project, Visio)
   - Experience managing in political environments and ability to interact
   with executives as well as individual contributors.
   - Direct management experience of teams of 5+ or more
   - Prior technical or management consulting experience
   - Willing to travel 100% and Open to Relocation.
