*Change Management Engineer* *Duration - 3-4 Years Long term commitment*
*Location: Washington,DC* Establish a change management system for IT and the Metroenterprise. This will encompass establishing, implementing, coordinating, andmaintaining the following: Change Control Board (CCB), Business ContinuityPlanning (BCP), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Disaster Recovery (DR), andPandemic planning. The consultants shall provide support to MITS asFirewall/NAC (FWNAC) Security Engineers in the planning, implementation, deployment,and management of the MITS Information Security Architecture for Metro. Theconsultants will receive technical tasking from the MITS management, and havecontract responsibility reporting to the COTR. Activities shall include, but are not limited to, the followingkey areas: Lead the advanced technical support on network firewallengineering and related security infrastructure Provide technical consultation to Metro departments and other ITpersonnel relating to firewall device implementation, standards compliance,vulnerability reduction, and strategic security planning Document security procedures, processes, technical specifications,implementation plans, configurations of daily tasks as necessary for thecontinuation of operations Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network connectivityissues Support information security-related development projects. Perform other duties as assigned by MITS management.
