I usually do a desktop search for the requirements i get, because i want to submit to the client ASAP. Sending out requirement and searching through resumes i get in response takes up most of the time. I would appreciate if you can please send all resume of your consultants so that i can save them in my database and will contact you whenever i have a requirement for them. *Please save all Java profiles in a folder; zip it and it across, do the same for .Net/C#/Oracle DBA/Oracle Apps/SAP and all other resumes that you have and then send them as attachment. * Resumes that are not in a bundle will not be considered. Please make sure you have *employer contact details, current location, relocation and rates mentioned in every resume. *Otherwise it is real difficult for me to make out who is the employer for the which consultant. *Send all resumes to [email protected]* Regards, Lavesh
