Practical knowledge of Agile methodology is a MUST.
Should also have an idea of RUP and other SDLC approaches.
Required Skills:
Required an experienced Agile consultant, who has implemented several
projects using this methodology.
Should plan the role of the senior project consultant, who can mentor,
guide and help the team successfully deliver a project based on Agile
methodology.
Should also be knowledgeable about Rational Unified Process as well.
Should have excellent presentation, documentation and communication
skills, be a people person and good at man management.
