Peoplesoft CRM Architect-Functional Lead Duration: 6 month contract Location: Downtown Mpls,MN Rate:Open Local candidates preferred Description: Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process. High Level Solutions Architect/Functional Lead for 18 month project to build out existing PeopleSoft CRM (9.0) instance to accommodate additional users and functionality. Resource will complete analysis to identify best way to achieve business needs. This will require in-depth functional knowledge of PS CRM 9.0 (Support, Sales/Marketing and Help Desk modules), as well as extensive experience with integration broker, Active Analytics Framework, system configuration and security. Resource will create high-level technical specifications for complex system changes, review detailed designs, participate in planning sessions with business and technology resources, aid in troubleshooting, conduct code reviews and possibly develop some complex functionality.
