Knowing what they exactly are doing will help us get them the right person. 1)Are you using Information Analyzer? 2)Are you using Quality Stage? 3) Are you using using "server" or "parallel extender" 4) Are jobs migrating from "server environment" to Parallel environment"? 5) If you are using Parallel environment will someone who only has version 7.5 since Parallel is v7.5 and v8 are not a big difference? 6) Do you need Administration skills as well as development skills?
