We have the following requirement with a Preferred Vendor of the client. Please send an updated profile along with contact details including the rate ASAP. .NET Developer Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 6 plus months Rate: $ open Client: State of Minnesota (gov't). This Statement of Work will result in specific consulting resources being added to the OSS staff on an as-needed basis. The successful vendor will augment OSS programming staff to help develop, deploy and support the new MBLS system. Also included in the deliverables is the migration of existing MAPPER data and Profile data to the MBLS database. The additional staff will work as part of and take direction from the OSS development team to produce quality products on time and within budget. It is anticipated that a maximum of four (4) people will be engaged at any point in time. Individuals whose resumes are submitted are assumed to be available to work fulltime (40 hours per week) from July 1, 2009 through March 2010, with the possibility for continuation after the initial release. Technical Skills & Experience (part of evaluation criteria): 1. Software development on Microsoft .NET 3.5 platform (C#) (Minimum 3 years) 2. Software development using ASP.NET (Minimum 3 years) 3. Windows Presentation Foundation using MVVM with Click Once deployment 4. Windows Communication Foundation 5. Image Gear (Accusoft) and Dynamic PDF (CeTe) libraries for image manipulation or similar 6. Modern architecture and patterns (MVVM, Unity etc.) 7. SQL Server 2008 development skills (T-SQL, Triggers, SSIS) (Minimum 1 year) 8. Relational Database design (normalized models, data integrity, data encryption) (Min 1 yr) 9.
