Observations will be made using a handheld data capture device to record all identified elements of these work activities as detailed time and motion study data. At the end of each work day, the contractor will be required to transmit, via email, study data to their assigned team lead for evaluation and review. Also, they must advise their team lead via email transmitting the study data, or voicemail, of the hours worked for the day. Contractor will have to pass certification training on the process to perform certified time studies.
