Technical resource to assist with the production support of Microsoft's Project Server (MOPS) 2007, Project Pro 2007, and Sharepoint (MOSS) 2007. Must be able to efficiently diagnose user issues, research potential solutions or work arounds, and coordinate resolution of issues. Resource must also be able to pro-actively monitor application logs & performance, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements.
