The candidate will work closely with sales, customer service and other business users to identify and analyze user requirements, recommend appropriate modifications, lead enhancement projects, and provide on-going production support. This role requires order-to-cash business process expertise, understanding of integrated end-to-end processes, and ability to work effectively in teamwork environment. Strong business knowledge of apparel and footwear industry with concentration in sales, distribution and logistics is required. The *SAP* Sales and Distribution IT Senior *analyst* will be responsible for defining and supporting the Order to Cash functionality. The position will report to the *SAP* Sales and Distribution Business manager, and will be part of the IT Shared Services function. *EXPERIENCE:* **Must have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing Order to Cash functionality using *SAP* *SD* and MM. **Heavy back end outbound logistics (LE) experience. **Experience in implementing shipping process will be a big plus. **Must have excellent analytical, logical problem solving and technological skills. **Must have good communication and project management skills. **Must be willing to travel to locations as part of the project, estimated to be up to 15% of the time. **Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business is required. * * *QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: * * Bachelors Degree (B.A. /B.S.) * MINIMUM of 7 years *SAP* R/3 experience and at least two full implementation cycles in *SAP* *SD* * Strong knowledge of AFS specific topics like allocation, value added services, seasonality, prepacks, and process handling on dimension size level * Experience with *SAP* ECC 5.0 and *SAP* *SD* 5.0 or 6.0 required * Must be able to understand and translate business processes into effective *SAP* *SD* software configuration * Extensive *SAP* implementation experience is essential * *SAP* *SD* Integration experience with Material Management (MM) and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) modules * Familiarity with Solution Manager (or ASAP methodology), MS Project * Experience with Data Conversion/Migration a plus * * Knowledge of apparel and footwear/Retail industry preferable *RESPONSIBILITIES* **Serve as a team member leading the Order to Cash implementation during the multi-phase implementation of *SAP* business suite. **Develop and support the Order to Cash functionality using *SAP* *SD* and MM during the course of the project and long-term in company's internal *SAP * Competency Center. **Works closely with the business to understand the business requirements and convert them to optimal *SAP* processes. **Responsible for unit testing and integration testing during the project implementation and during *SAP* system support. **Investigate and correct production issues.
