Job Description: 

Qualifications/Skills: 
Requires a broad range of skills within a professional discipline to 
effectively perform complex assignments; 
demands familiarity with principles, theories, concepts and technologies as 
well as applied knowledge of 
established procedures, policies and practices. Preferably Information 
Technology Service Management (ITSM) 
Foundation Certificate or equivalent hands on working experience in Incident 
Management, Problem 
Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management. Experience with 
complex client-server, 
web-based, and transaction processing systems. 
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL-PL/SQL experience. 
- Intermediate Unix experience (some scripting preferred). 
- Knowledge of networks and networking protocols. 
- Knowledge of HP Openview (template developing a plus). 
- Knowledge of Remedy ARS Help Desk technology, preferably version 7-ITSM 
- Excellent client-facing/communication skills and must be strong in 
documentation 
- Able to alternate work schedule with notice between 1st and 2nd shifts (may 
include weekends or holidays). 
- Report writing with Actuate. 
- HTML coding experience. 
. Work as part of the Product Delivery and Production Service Support team. 
. Serve as the primary liaison to client and project team for business process 
service resolution, analysis, activities, and issues. 
. Performs system monitoring and system analysis to validate compliance with 
business rules and contractual 
requirements. Conducts system support activities and programming tests. Assigns 
priority and ensures external SLA for customer business processes are achieved 
and internal OLA maintained. 
. Writes and/or reviews code (SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C) in support of incident and 
problem resolution. 
. Production Application verification/validation. Data integrity analysis. 
. SQL and PL/SQL ad hoc reporting. Internal and external operational efficiency 
and availability reporting. Production incident/outage event reporting. 
. Post incident resolution (problem) activities to analyze and identify root 
causes. initiate related SDLC or infrastructure change processes. Major problem 
analysis and review. 
. Required Education Level: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, 
math, business or related field and 5+ years job-related experience in a 
production IT environment
