*Location:* Jackson , MI *Duration:* 6Months* **Position Description: * Assignments typically have clear, specified objectives and follow prescribed IT Control processes. Functions as a team member, contributes to team decisions and objectives and shares accountability for team goals. The Crystal/Webi developer position will be responsible for understanding business reporting requirements, developing easy-to-use, flexible reports which follow report design and support standards, develop documentation supporting the development, develop test scripts and scenarios, and interface with business personnel throughout the iterative development, testing and implementation. This position will initially report to the IMR Project and after the project, will report to the BTS Solutions Support Business Intelligence team. Skills Required: The ideal candidate will have: - strong understanding of query structures used in, for example, SQL and MDX; - strong background in reporting, specifically Business Objects reporting (including Web Intelligence); - experience with web page design and layout; - highly analytical skills including the ability to see beyond the report request and develop the reports which meet the requirements, but flexible to adapt to meet multiple business reporting needs; - understanding of SAP BI reporting (Business Explorer - BEX); - experienced in the use of MS Office suite of tools; - Bachelors Degree preferred,in an information technology discipline, however Associates Degree with on-the-job experience may be considered.
