Job Title: DB2 DBA with Z/OS, MVS experience. Location: Portland, OR Duration: 1 Year Job Description:- Mainframe Production DB2 DBA Support with Z/OS, MVS experience. -Provide Physical DBA Problem Determination and Resolution -Review monitoring output and provide remediation as necessary -Manage and perform physical database maintenance & performance -Perform Physical Database restores to recover from hardware or database product software problems, based on customer input -Maintain database backup solution -Execute Physical Database changes to existing database objects -Comply with IBM standard Security as documented within the customer contract -Attend account meetings as appropriate where DBA action is required -Participate in high severity problem reviews as appropriate where DBA action is required -Maintain Operational Database Documentation.
