Role (Brief description of role and direct reporting relationships) Peoplesoft Upgrade/ Re-implementation specialist will perform Peoplesoft Tools Upgrade from Version 8.44 to Version 8.49 and Application Upgrade/Re-Implementation from 8.8 to 9.0 Version for HCM and FSCM Applications. This position will perform upgrades of HCM modules such as HR, Benefits, eProfile and eBenifits, eRecruitment and Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Asset Management and Accounts Receivable. Key Responsibilities (List 3-5) · Perform/Coordinate Server, OS, Database and Peoplesoft tools and application upgrade. · Implement LDAP and redesign Security components along with Row-level security · Implement Integration broker/messaging to synchronize HR and Financial system data. Key Skills Needed for Success · 5 years of solid PeopleSoft experience performing Tools and application upgrades · Experience performing Tools 8.49 and application 9.0 upgrade · Understanding of data structure changes between application releases and impact to application functionality. · Experience with PeopleSoft Application DBA activities including PIA administration, configuration and tuning. · Strong experience of SQL Server 2008, DTS/SSIS Packages/ SQL Jobs. · Experience with SOA, JAVA/J2EE based web services; configuration and orchestration with third party systems and PeopleSoft is desirable · Configuration knowledge of LDAP a must. · Well versed with PeopleSoft security, both row level & query security and should possess good concept of Profiles, Roles and Permission List. · Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both independently and as part of a team. · Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills · Required: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university. -- Thanks & Regards, prashanth Generic Solutions Inc 12200 Ford Road Suite #480 .
