Required Skills:
Sr SAP CRM Analyst: 6+Years experience in SAP CRM with atleast 3 SAP CRM implmentation.
Strong skillset in SAP CRM - Warranty and Returns area.
Strong functional knowledge about SAP CRM and SAP SD modul
Team Lead and Project Lead expeience in the past
Strong communication and client interaction skill.
Management Skill:
- Status review and reporting
- Effort estimation and delivery planning
- Solution Design and review
- Work Allocation & Distrubtion
- Issue Management
- Risk Management
